    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>Specific skills sought are:<p>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>3-5 years&nbsp;of experience handling construction contract claims, public and private, as opposed to construction defect work experience;</li><li>Experience with arbitration and at least exposure to preparing a case for trial/arbitration including actually participating in an arbitration or trial;</li><li>Knowledge and experience of mechanic&rsquo;s lien, law, stop notices, bid protests, public contract law, prompt payment law and payment and performance bonds;</li><li>Knowledge and experience working on construction claims for contract extras, delay damages, impact damages, assessment of liquidated damages and substantive law surrounding these issues;</li><li>Knowledge of alternate project delivery methods;</li><li>Deposition experience both as to percipient witnesses and expert witnesses in the substantive areas of construction claims and law and motion experience involving substantive law and discovery issues;</li><li>Experience putting together discovery plans and executing same;</li><li>Excellent writing skills; motions, depositions, and letters regarding construction litigation issues;&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to handle and manage, with supervision and oversight, preparing and responding to written discovery and conducting depositions;</li><li>Ability to interface with the client and convey a level of professionalism and competence in terms of both the legal issues and the strategic practical issues in construction litigation;&nbsp;</li><li>Willingness and ability to take ownership of a matter and ability to develop a course of action;&nbsp;</li><li>Self-starter and excellent follow-through skills;&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
