    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.45.22/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><p id=\"isPasted\">SOLTESZ is rapidly growing and is looking for key managers to help us continue to provide outstanding professional services to our Clients. &nbsp;The Project Manager position is located in our Waldorf, MD office and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of various civil/site land development design projects which includes Client relations, project financials, profitability, and Client satisfaction. &nbsp;In addition, this position requires direct supervision and mentoring of design staff, including team engineers and designers. Essential job functions include:</p><ul><li>Client management, project management</li><li>Development/preparation of proposals to Clients</li><li>Provide excellent and responsive Client service&nbsp;</li><li>Maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and invoicing</li><li>Providing your team&rsquo;s technical expertise to assist in helping Clients accomplish their development goals</li><li>Representing Clients throughout key milestones in their projects, including at public presentations and hearings</li><li>Business development/marketing of firm</li><li>Leadership, mentoring, and development of staff&nbsp;</li><li>Staff supervision, quality control of civil/site designs, workload and staff resource planning</li><li>Oversee employee performance, providing regular feedback and recognition</li><li>Work together with senior leadership team to accomplish company goals</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Maryland required&nbsp;</li><li>10-12 minimum years&rsquo; progressive experience in civil engineering land development design (experience in Southern Maryland a plus)&nbsp;</li><li>5+ years&rsquo; experience in managing the civil/site design for land development projects (experience in Southern Maryland a plsu)</li><li>5+ years&rsquo; experience in managing design staff</li><li>Excellent organizational and delegation skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience nurturing and growing Client relationships and delivering quality service</li></ul><p><br></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
