This 8–10 week program runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Upon successful completion of training and passing an audition, graduates may transition into a dealer role, delivering a superior gaming experience in a friendly, professional environment.</p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Learn and demonstrate proficiency in dealing Blackjack and assigned Carnival table games at company-established speeds.</p></li>\n <li><p>Deliver courteous, professional service to all guests and team members.</p></li>\n <li><p>Shuffle cards thoroughly and manage game pace in compliance with casino standards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Accurately pay and collect winning and losing wagers according to company policy.</p></li>\n <li><p>Verify and sign fills, credits, and related documentation.</p></li>\n <li><p>Communicate relevant game information to relieving dealers and supervisors.</p></li>\n <li><p>Issue chips to customers in accordance with company procedures.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain control and visual contact of cards, dice, shoe, and float.</p></li>\n <li><p>Report irregularities, including suspicious guest activity, to the Floor Supervisor.</p></li>\n <li><p>Adjust game pace according to player ability to ensure efficient play.</p></li>\n <li><p>Accept cash buy-ins and conduct drops per company policy.</p></li>\n <li><p>Comply with all departmental policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Adhere to Nebraska rules, regulations, and Internal Controls.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support company initiatives on responsible gaming, including prohibiting service to minors and intoxicated persons.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain schedule flexibility based on business needs.</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform other related duties as assigned.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications & Experience</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Must be 21 years of age or older</strong></p></li>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong guest service focus with safety as a priority</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to demonstrate dealer skills through an audition</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Proficiency in basic math</strong></p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to differentiate cheque colors and values</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of company internal controls and table game regulations</p></li>\n <li><p>Commitment to ethical conduct and guest service excellence</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Previous dealing experience in Blackjack or Carnival games</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Work Environment & Physical Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Exposure to secondhand smoke</p></li>\n <li><p>Prolonged standing and repetitive hand/finger movements</p></li>\n <li><p>Physical mobility, agility, balance, and coordination required</p></li>\n <li><p>Frequent lifting up to 75 lbs.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a fast-paced environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Regular verbal communication with guests and team members</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Schedule</h2>\n<p>Schedules vary based on property needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</p>\n<h2>Drug-Free Workplace</h2>\n<p>WarHorse Gaming is a Drug-Free Workplace.
