Initiates and leads repairs due to unplanned plant breakdowns. Alerts supervisor of any safety, environmental, or mechanical efficiency issues that should be addressed immediately or scheduled at the next available opportunity.</p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities and Tasks:</strong></u></p><p>· Comply with all health and safety practices and procedures</p><p>· Provide detailed statuses of completed or on-going repairs, preventative and predictive maintenance</p><p>· Comply with standard operating procedures and reporting/recording requirements</p><p>· Assist contractors and ensure they have all repair instructions, PM documentation and parts to properly execute work</p><p>· Assist maintenance supervisor in auditing the work done by contractors</p><p>· Participate in training as provided and required by company directives</p><p>· Perform high tech predictive maintenance utilizing tools such as the thermographic camera and ultrasonic tester</p><p>· Clean and organize work areas after PMs and repairs are completed. Support operations team in keeping an overall clean and organized plant</p><p>· Execute and ensure information in repair report is accurate, including root causes and parts usage</p><p>· Responsible for the maintenance of all mobile equipment</p><p>· Responsible for the care and safe usage of the large vacuum trailer and any other complex pieces of maintenance/cleaning equipment</p><p>· May be responsible 1-2 days per week for operating the plant</p>",
