    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>RH is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support the seamless flow of allocation and inventory across our gallery network. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our galleries are consistently stocked, visually compelling, and aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and is passionate about precision, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul><li>Support the allocation team in executing inventory strategies for open galleries, including refreshes, damage replacements, and daily swatch distribution</li><li>Execute accurate input of allocations and parameters within RMS systems to manage a complex network of stores and SKUs</li><li>Coordinate DC re-SKU requests by entering orders and maintaining updates to ensure accurate inventory movement</li><li>Balance multiple priorities to deliver timely and precise execution across all allocation initiatives</li><li>Produce and distribute daily and weekly reporting using Excel and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational alignment and resolve inventory-related needs<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p>OUR REQUIREMENTS</p><ul><li>2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools</li><li>Balances competing priorities with precision, ensuring consistent and timely execution across all deliverables</li><li>Maintains an uncompromising commitment to accuracy, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies</li><li>Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills</li><li>Work cross-functionally with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>",
