This has allowed us to become creators and distributors of buildings and products that people use to live, learn, worship, work, and play.</p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong> The Industrial Maintenance Electrician is responsible for ensuring optimal operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.</p><p>· Performs general electronic inspections, diagnosis, repairs and replacements autonomously.</p><p>· Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.</p><p>· Makes failure analysis, establishing the problems' root causes and taking actions to avoid repetitions.</p><p>· Performs electric and electronic activities such as low voltage panel repairs, PLC programs loading or DC/AC engines speed control.</p><p>· Detects abnormalities on sensors, actuators or variable speed drives.</p><p>· Updates information in the maintenance systems and performs maintenance reports.</p><p>· Performs electrical, electronic, automation and electromechanical troubleshooting on industrial equipment, overhead cranes, electrical installations of the building (600 VAC and below), offices installations.</p><p>· Knowledge of performing or assisting on electrical installations using EMT, rigid, liquid tight conduits; install wire ways, disconnects, junction box; run wires, cables, network cables according to NEC.</p><p>· Perform preventive maintenance on electrical machines and equipment.</p><p>· Coordinate maintenance plans and schedules with the production supervisors.</p><p>· Participate in the creation of preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong> This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.</p>",
