You will work closely with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure shipments are handled efficiently, compliantly, and on time.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">This is a hands-on, coordination-focused role in a fast-paced environment. This is not a management position and reports directly to the Freight Forwarding Manager.</span><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(22, 145, 121); font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Coordinate export shipments across ocean and air (FCL, LCL, and air freight), with a primary focus on outbound international movements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Book shipments with carriers and airlines and manage transportation to receiving terminals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Coordinate door-to-door, CY-CY, and airport-to-airport shipments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Prepare and submit export documentation, including:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Shipping Instructions (SI)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">CERS declarations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Certificates of Origin and related documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Air Waybills (AWB) and other carrier documentation</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Prepare proforma invoices and support required export paperwork</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">File Verified Gross Mass (VGM) for applicable shipments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Coordinate with cartage/drayage providers for inland transportation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Negotiate rates with carriers and airlines and prepare customer quotations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Act as the primary liaison between customers, carriers, and service providers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Manage both outgoing and incoming freight, with a primary emphasis on outbound</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(22, 145, 121); font-weight: bold\">Who You Are</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">A strong communicator who can coordinate effectively across customers, carriers, and internal teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to navigate logistical challenges independently</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Thrives in an in-office, team-based environment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(22, 145, 121); font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">3–5+ years of experience in freight forwarding or export coordination (ocean and/or air)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Working knowledge of export documentation and processes (e.g., CERS, shipping instructions, AWB)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Experience handling FCL/LCL and/or air export shipments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Experience negotiating rates with carriers and/or airlines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Familiarity with origin-side operations (quotations, bookings, inland cartage/drayage)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Dangerous Goods (DG) knowledge or certification is considered an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Air or Ocean certification is considered an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset</span></li>\n</ul>",
