Responsibilities include c hecking equipment for proper operation prior to use. Preparation of parts for laser welding and seam seal. Fixturing, set up, and laser weld of microelectronic packages and components. Set up and parallel seam seal of microelectronic hybrid packages. Set up and laser marking of parts. Leak testing of hermetically sealed parts. Detection and reporting of defective materials and welds. Documentation of work performed.\n Candidate must have basic computer and math skills. Must be able to read and interpret drawings, process instructions, and routers. Should have good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity and attention to detail. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Computer competency and English literacy is required to ensure the candidate will be capable of following instruction/safety guidelines.",
