This role manages production teams, coordinates with procurement, maintenance, and quality assurance, and drives continuous improvement as the company scales operations. The Production Manager ensures production targets are met while maintaining strict compliance with feed safety regulations, quality standards, and operational best practices.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:</strong></p><ul><li>Direct plant operations to manage and coordinate the manufacturing of products in a way that ensures products are produced safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality. &nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with production planning to effectively coordinate and control inventory levels of finished goods. &nbsp;</li><li>Manage plant operations to meet or exceed direct cost standards for labor and materials controlled and within the scope of the business requirements. &nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with all Good Manufacturing Practices to keep the plant’s quality assurance programs successful and to ensure all finished products meet all specifications and regulatory compliance.
