The candidate will have completed their post secondary education studies and is able to demonstrate understanding of key development and construction concepts. font-size: 10pt; font-weight: inherit\">Site visit reviews of work completed against value claimed.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: inherit\">Analysis of invoices to determine allocation for holdback, taxes, credits, etc.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: inherit\">Preparation of monthly draw reports for funding recommendation to developers, contractors, and lenders.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: inherit\">Phone and face to face meetings with relevant parties to resolve billing issues, and to discuss feasibility of budgets prepared alongside senior staff.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: inherit\">Take-off and estimation utilizing Bluebeam software on PDF drawings.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: inherit\">Analysis of estimates and comparison of unit rates for materials, labour, etc.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
