font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Maintaining the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using a sealant on a flat roof</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customer</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\"><strong>Basic Qualifications &amp; Skills&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">At least twenty-one (21) years of age.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Preferred Certification / Licensure and experience in assigned maintenance field (ex: Automotive, HVAC, Masonry)</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Valid PA driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Working knowledge of local, state and federal regulations as they relate to the maintenance industry.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Ability to read and interpret blueprints.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Ability to work with all types of piping (pvc, copper, black iron, etc.) and the necessary tools required by each type.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Ability to work with various electrical voltages (120, 208, 12, 277) in the various phases (single and three phase).</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Clear oral and written communication skills.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Ability to handle loads of up to 50 pounds.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Stationary Engineer&rsquo;s license - preferred.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;
