font-size: 10pt\">We are seeking a Head of Bids &amp; Proposals to lead and evolve our bid function, driving a high-performing team in the delivery of successful tender submissions across the construction and built environment sector.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proven track record delivering successful public sector and construction/engineering tenders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience managing complex bids and multi-disciplinary teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong commercial awareness</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong knowledge of OJEU/ETenders and public procurement processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Background in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or the built environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong leadership, commercial awareness and bid writing skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
