From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Primary duties will include: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Development & Customization:</strong> Build custom features, forms, plugins, web resources, and workflows for Dynamics 365.</li>\n <li><strong>Integration:</strong> Connect Dynamics 365 with other systems (external apps, Azure services) using APIs, SOAP, REST.</li>\n <li><strong>Support & Maintenance:</strong> Troubleshoot issues, provide support for live systems, and ensure smooth operation.</li>\n <li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work with business analysts and users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li>\n <li><strong>Data Management:</strong> Handle data migration, integrity, and security within the system.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>To land this role you will need:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of MS Dynamics software development.</li>\n <li><strong>Technical:</strong> C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, SSIS, Dynamics 365 SDK, HTML, Azure basics, Power Platform.</li>\n <li><strong>Platform Knowledge:</strong> Deep understanding of D365 (CRM/ERP modules like Sales and Service).</li>\n <li><strong>Methodologies:</strong> Familiarity with Agile development.</li>\n <li><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.</li>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hybrid (Office location: Avenida Carrera 9A - Avenida Carrera 9A # 115-06/30 Edificio Torre Tierrafirme Bogotá, 110111 Colombia )</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-Hybrid #LI-DK1</p>",
