    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><u>Responsibilities &amp; Duties:</u></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Intake of customer orders via email or phone</li><li>Daily inventorying of all plants in territory</li><li>Daily communication and coordination with Sales staff</li><li>Coordination of all deliveries to customer sites</li><li>Daily communication with trucking companies in territory</li><li>Develop and build relationships with existing and new trucking companies</li><li>Request and record freight rates for customer deliveries</li><li>Load setup and coordination in logistics systems (Salesforce, Transwide, SAP)</li><li>Movements of materials to secondary processors</li><li>Coordination and movement of materials into and out of Mintek storage facilities</li><li>Sample management and data entry</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Job Qualifications:</u></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Experienced in Microsoft Office</li><li>Good planning and organizational skills</li><li>Team player, good intrapersonal skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task with several simultaneous accounts/orders</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive and task oriented</li><li>Previous experience in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment is preferred</li><li>Previous experience with logistics, trucking, order fulfillment or other similar industries are preferred</li><li>Previous experience in Salesforce is preferred</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
