Valley also provides Basic Life, Accidental Death &amp; Dismemberment, and Long-Term Disability Insurance at no cost to eligible team members.</li><li><strong>Health Savings &amp; Reimbursement</strong> Out-of-pocket medical expenses may be eligible for reimbursement through our Garner HRA — up to $2,000 for individuals and $4,000 for families. Ensures the efficient delivery of client care services.</li><li>Monitors and reports on clinical program business plans and key performance indicators. Assists in the development of action planning to address variances.</li><li>Supervises assigned clinical program employees</li><li>Supports client care initiatives and ensures that monthly satisfaction survey completion goals are met</li><li>Monitors aggregate and individual productivity trends and ensures that documentation of care delivery is accurate, timely, and compliant</li><li>Partners with Quality Assurance and Revenue Cycle to address compliance and billing opportunities</li><li>Coordinates with program leadership to ensure compliance with all accreditation and regulatory requirements</li><li>Ensures staff competency with technology, documentation requirements, brand expectations, and other required knowledge and skills relative to program plan and KPIs</li><li>If licensed, manages a client caseload and provides direct care - minimum of 10 hours per week</li><li>Models professional behavior and builds a service-focused, accountable, and supportive team</li></ul><p><br></p>",
