    "descriptionText": "Description\n\n Front End Developer (Mid Level) \n\nSystems Integration & Development (SID), an award winning IT solutions provider based in McLean, VA, is seeking a skilled Mid Level Front End Developer to join our team. This is a full time and remote position.\n\n Roles & Responsibilities \n\n Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive web applications and user interfaces that provide an excellent user experience.\n Collaborate with designers, back end developers, and product managers to translate requirements into functional and visually appealing websites and applications.\n Write clean, reusable, and efficient code using front end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.\n Perform cross browser and cross device testing to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.\n Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.\n Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and suggest improvements to processes and applications.\n Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely fixes and enhancements.\n Stay up to date with emerging front end technologies, trends, and industry best practices.\n Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the development team.\n Additional duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements\n\n Skills & Experience \n\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field.\n Minimum 4 years of experience in applications development, cloud based applications, or related roles.\n Front End development experience with Vue 3, Pinia, PrimeVue, and Knex\n Back End development experience .NET Web Api\n Postgres database experience\n Hands on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or others.\n Strong understanding of data visualization, statistical processing and display, and cloud based application processing.\n Experience with application development, testing, and validation methodologies.\n Ability to analyze system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.\n Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform or others).\n Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch or others).\n Deep understanding of modern application development design concepts, cybersecurity principles, and cloud application architecture.\n Experience working on federal government systems, either as a contractor or federal employee, with a recent PUBLIC TRUST or higher clearance, is very strongly preferred.\n Additional duties as assigned\n\n Benefits\n\nSystems Integration & Development (SID) offers a unique, stimulating and challenging environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance.
