Also responsible for performance and record keeping of routine equipment maintenance, water chemistry tests and other tasks as assigned by Shift Coordinators and Operations Supervisor.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>**This position is located at Citizens Energy Group at 350 S West Street, Indianapolis, IN 46225.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Citizens Energy Group offers a competitive salary and benefits including:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Health, Dental & Vision</li>\n <li>Defined Benefit Pension Plan</li>\n <li>401(k) Retirement Plan with company match</li>\n <li>Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP)</li>\n <li>Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contribution</li>\n <li>Wellness Program</li>\n <li>Adoption and tuition assistance</li>\n <li>Employee Credit Union</li>\n <li>PTO and Paid Holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Salary</strong>: $60,900 (Grade 7)  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are looking for a new opportunity, we invite you to apply and talk about the possibilities of starting a rewarding new chapter of your career!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitoring of process control system and traveling to satellite facilities to ensure safe, reliable and efficient chiller plant operations (includes: electric and steam driven chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air compressors, water treatment, fire, security, electrical distribution, etc.).</li>\n <li>Performance of routine preventative maintenance</li>\n <li>General housekeeping duties throughout all facilities</li>\n <li>Receiving of materials and supplies</li>\n <li>Training/learning events to expand working knowledge of plant systems</li>\n <li>Administer Lockout-Tagout system for all chilled water plants</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Valid Indiana driver’s license</li>\n <li>Mechanical aptitude</li>\n <li>Strong problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills</li>\n <li>High level of communication skills both written and verbal</li>\n</ul> \n<strong>Preferred Skills/Qualifications</strong>:                   \n<ul>\n <li>Experience in chiller, boiler or similar utility plant operation or maintenance </li>\n <li>Military or technical training in HVAC or related field</li>\n <li>Experience and proficiency in fork truck operations</li>\n <li>HAZWOPER training</li>\n</ul> \n<p><strong>Posting Deadline: Open Until Filled</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Citizens is a drug-free, Equal Opportunity Employer.
