Establish a culture of safety and regulatory compliance with zero recordable or lost time incidents. Achieve ≥ 98% first-pass quality within 12 months. Achieve Trust index score of ≥ 65% on the annual Great Place to Work survey. Operational Leadership in Complex Manufacturing Environments: Demonstrated expertise in leading and optimizing end-to-end manufacturing site operations with significant complexity and variability. Cost-Conscious / Investment Minded: demonstrated ability to balance operational budgets with investment priorities. Results-Driven Leadership: inspires cross-functional teams with clarity, accountability, and measurable performance standards. Data-Driven Decision Making: consistently uses operational KPIs and data analytics to guide decisions and drive improvement.
