Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain change management processes, templates, and controls aligned with ITIL/ISO practices. Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure timely, accurate communication of approved changes. Coordinate risk assessments, approvals, and post-change reviews; track corrective actions. Maintain change documentation to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Train teams on change processes and reinforce best practices across operations and engineering.
