Your focus will be on developing an effective preventive service plan and scheduling our maintenance service, delivering timely, high-quality preventative maintenance and other O&amp;M services to end customer. You&#39;ll be instrumental in integrating cutting-edge scheduling technologies and methodologies, enhancing our productivity, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction as well as overall asset performance.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain planning and scheduling processes for preventative maintenance field service activities under long term service agreements/LTSA.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with Asset managers, Performance Engineers, field service technicians and vendor management team to deliver clear, practical, and well-organized maintenance service plans for executed service agreements.</li><li>Communicate with technical quality engineers to understand the persistence of site level issues.</li><li>Communicate with clients to understand and integrate their needs into our service plans.</li><li>Hire and manage subcontractors for onsite maintenance activities when internal resources are not available.</li><li>Communicate with 3<sup>rd</sup> party O&amp;M vendors to ensure smooth onsite arrival and service execution.</li><li>Uphold safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance in all field operations.</li><li>Implement advanced scheduling tools to optimize resource management and service delivery.</li><li>Ensure the 3<sup>rd</sup> party O&amp;M vendors utilized for SG service plans are well-trained and equipped.</li><li>Onsite training and audit of the PMP jobs</li><li>Monitor and manage site reports in alignment with standard SG documentation and checklists.</li><li>Review the PMP reports and come up with a punch list action items which need to be resolved by field service techs.&nbsp;</li><li>Evaluate 3<sup>rd</sup> party O&amp;M vendor performance and develop a feedback channel internal for improvement.</li><li>Review contracts for comprehensive maintenance requirements and ensure service plans are aligned with contract requirements.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Electrical Engineering/Technician background</li><li>2 or more years of experience in maintenance service planning and scheduling in the BESS or energy industry.</li><li>Experience with utility scale solar and battery energy storage.</li><li>Excellent customer-facing communication skills.</li><li>Excellent internal cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>Attention to details.</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication and multitasking skills.</li><li>Proficiency in planning and scheduling software and analytical tools.</li><li>Data-driven decision-making ability.</li><li>Knowledge of electrical safety and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Competency</strong></p><ul><li>Analytical and technical problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work with diverse data formats.</li><li>Self-motivation and excellent communication abilities.</li><li>Customer service-oriented, collaborative approach with sales teams and clients.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Travel</strong></p><ul><li>25%</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Work Location and Status:</strong></p><ul><li>Contract role based in Central California</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul><li>Compensation commensurate with experience</li><li>Competitive benefits package and employee programs</li><li>Strong personal and company growth opportunities</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em><em id=\"isPasted\">For candidates in the states of California, Colorado, New York and Washington, the anticipated annual base salary for this role is between $80,000 - $125,000 This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
