Description
Centrobill is a global fintech company with over 13 years of industry experience, helping merchants accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, and alternative payment methods. We operate with an international team and a results-oriented environment focused on innovation, growth, and long-term partnerships.
We're looking for a motivated specialist who wants to build a career in payments and grow into a Merchant Support role - becoming the go-to person for our clients on everything related to payment processing and account management.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with 1+ years of experience who want to grow their career, expand expertise, and gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing fintech industry.
Requirements for the candidate:
Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce Strong analytical, pattern recognition and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of card payments workflow and 3D Secure Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, JSON, and web technologies English (to email with clients, read and interpret technical documentation) Manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems individually Adaptability to new patterns, quick-learner Comfortable working with SLAs/ticketing systems such as Jira. Nice to have:
Experience with log analysis tools (e.g. AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights, Elasticsearch, Kibana) Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman) What Merchant support specialist does:
Onboard new clients and helps them integrate our API & launch payment methods Investigate client-reported incidents & assist with questions via ticketing system Use internal tools, logs, and monitoring systems (AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights, Kibana/Elasticsearch) Work closely with our Development, Payments Operations, Sales teams to resolve merchant issues Escalate requests to appropriate teams and facilitate/track them through resolution Contribute to internal documentation What we offer:
