          "text": "<p>This role supports the assembly of copper bus required for electrical equipment. The overall objective of this position is to provide high quality craftsmanship when assembling copper bus and similar conductive material using best in class installation techniques in order to contribute to a team focused on achieving industry leading cycle time, delivering superior quality, and assisting in reducing per unit costs. Consistent and&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;representation of the Mission Critical Group brand, mission, vision, values, and organizational strategy are essential to achieving the goals of the organization.&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong>&#xa0;Monday to Friday&#xa0;6AM to 4PM or 7AM to 5PM |Must be flexible to work overtime and some Saturdays&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Accountabilities&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Support the effort to be a best-in-class manufacturer through the fabrication of high-quality products that exceed our clients’ expectations by&#xa0;operating&#xa0;either the Punch Press or Break Press machines to cut holes or bend materials as needed for the fabrication of&#xa0;our products.</li><li>Retrieving the punch&#xa0;list,&#xa0;parts list, and applicable CNC programs to create parts as needed per job. &#xa0;</li><li>Locating and moving or pulling raw sheet metal material as described by the parts list per job.&#xa0;</li><li>Loading materials onto the machine in preparation for punch or break and safely securing materials on the machine with the use of clamps,&#xa0;fingers&#xa0;or other fixtures.&#xa0;</li><li>Selecting die clearance, punches, tools, or other attachments needed to complete projects based on the specifications of the materials; Install and align them as needed to ensure&#xa0;optimal&#xa0;performance. &#xa0;</li><li>Coordinating with other CNC Operators to enter commands or adjust machine controls to correct errors, especially while&#xa0;operating&#xa0;the break press. &#xa0;</li><li>Monitoring machines and control panel displays to ensure machines are&#xa0;operating&#xa0;correctly. &#xa0;</li><li>Using tools, such as calipers and protractors, to measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements. &#xa0;</li><li>Staging parts as completed to prepare for the next phase of fabrication. &#xa0;</li><li>Maintaining a safe, clean, well-organized work area. &#xa0;</li><li>Perform necessary side operations during machine cycle time as&#xa0;required.&#xa0;</li><li>Training with the Bus CNC Foremen to develop the skills and learn how to&#xa0;operate&#xa0;both machines. &#xa0;</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.&#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Required Knowledge/Experience&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>0-1&#xa0;year&#xa0;of sheet metal fabrication or CNC operator&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to read and understand blueprints&#xa0;</li><li>Excellent mechanical skills and aptitude in supporting CNC sheet metal equipment,&#xa0;the ability&#xa0;to visualize 3D parts from cut sheets. Good math skills and qualified basic computer skills.&#xa0;</li><li>Self-motivated and able to&#xa0;identify, examine, and resolve issues independently from others.
