Submit your resume today! Responsibilities Provide 24/7 Tier 1 enterprise IT help desk technical support to AFCENT users. Troubleshoot and implement solutions to resolve incidents and problems on supported systems, network infrastructure, voice, and video, to include enterprise-level routers, switches, servers, firewalls, proxies, and caching arrays. Monitor systems/network performance metrics and trends to identify substandard performance and anomalies. Escalate complex systems/network performance, bandwidth and security issues and incidents to senior engineers/SMEs (Tier 2 and 3) for analysis and resolution. Perform Local Registration Authority (LRA) duties. Provide General Networking support Provide LAN support. Provide WAN Enterprise support. Provide technical and general O&M support as required. Provide documentation support as required. Provide meetings/briefings support as required. Provide functional training support as required. Provide CONUS TDY support as required. Qualifications 3 or more years’ relevant experience Firewall experience LAN and WAN Enterprise support experience Must possess experience and demonstrate an understanding of Microsoft server installation, roles, active directory, storage, performance management, and maintenance.
