    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\">Job Family: NA Product &amp; Network (Terminal Management)</p><p>Job Title: Senior Manager</p><p><br></p><p>Role Summary:&nbsp;</p><p> Contributes to financial analysis and forecasting of ONE-owned assets to ensure accuracy,</p><p>transparency, and alignment with ONE Group&rsquo;s strategic objectives.</p><p> Supports preparation and review of asset budgets and evaluation of investment strategies for</p><p>ONE-owned terminal assets.</p><p> Collaborates with equity terminal senior management, shareholder representatives, and other</p><p>internal/external stakeholders.</p><p> Shares responsibility with GHQ Product &amp; Network Division for monitoring fiscal KPIs, cost</p><p>controls, and compliance with governmental, maritime, industry regulations, and ONE policies.</p><p> Validates financial and operational performance against Board-approved expectations.</p><p> Supports quality, safety, and service initiatives across terminal assets.</p><p> Ensures thorough communication and reporting to Global and Regional Headquarters.</p><p> Safeguards equity value and aligns operational outcomes with long-term shareholder interests.</p><p><br></p><p>Additional Responsibilities:</p><p> Develop and maintain a strong understanding of ONE&rsquo;s product service design, quality standards,</p><p>and internal requirements.</p><p> Establish and maintain knowledge of port and intermodal operational performance standards.</p><p> Provide direction and support to equity terminals across short-, medium-, and long-term</p><p>expectations set by GTM and NATM by applying positive influence to align with ONE directives</p><p>and strategies.</p><p> Maintain visibility on service quality of internal and external stakeholders and suppliers which</p><p>may impact terminal performance.</p><p> Foster collaborative relationships with equity terminal senior management, shareholders, and</p><p>other key stakeholders.</p><p> Participate in initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost control, applying data driven</p><p>insights and recognized terminal process improvement protocols.</p><p> Actively contribute to the development and implementation of solutions for asset-related crises,</p><p>cargo incidents, and operational challenges to minimize negative impacts on ONE&rsquo;s costs, service</p><p>delivery, and reputation.</p><p><br></p><p>Core Required Skills and Competencies:</p><p> High proficiency with financial and data analytics for forecasting purposes with the ability to</p><p>interpret complex results and translate insights into actionable recommendations.</p><p> Strategic capability to anticipate and respond to short- and long-term operational and fiscal</p><p>trends.</p><p> Skilled in communicating complex financial and operational findings clearly to executive and</p><p>Board-level audiences.</p><p> Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with senior management,</p><p>shareholders, industry partner and internal/external stakeholders.</p><p> Decisive decision-making and sound problem-solving skills, particularly in balancing shareholder</p><p>value with operational requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>Function Specific Skills:</p><p> Working knowledge of contracts, budgets, CAPEX/maintenance investments and business case</p><p>development for BoD approval.
