This role focuses on the maintenance and optimization of process instrumentation and control systems through hands-on troubleshooting, calibration, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to execute and improve systems in a fast-paced, team-based environment.</p><p></p></div><div><p><b><span>JOB RESPONSIBIL</span><span>I</span><span>TIES:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p>Own troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of process instrumentation and control systems in a high-speed manufacturing environment, including flow, pressure, temperature, and analytical equipment</p></li><li><p>Maintain and optimize 4–20mA systems and analyzers (pH, conductivity, turbidity, chlorine, dissolved oxygen) to ensure system accuracy, reliability, and performance</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot and repair valves, actuators, and process equipment to drive system uptime and operational efficiency (including but not limited to Gate, Globe, Ball, Butterfly, Check, Pressure, Double Block and Diaphragm).</p></li><li><p>Perform mechanical work on or around process piping.</p></li><li><p>Interpret P&amp;IDs, electrical schematics, and technical documentation to diagnose issues and drive timely resolution</p></li><li><p>Execute work through planning and CMMS systems, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and SOP standards</p></li><li><p>Analyze maintenance and process data to drive improvements in equipment reliability and process performance</p></li></ul><p></p></div><div><p><b><span>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</span></b><span> </span></p></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>High School Diploma or GED required; 4&#43; years of industrial experience or 2-year technical degree in instrumentation, controls, or related field preferred</p></li><li><p>Strong working knowledge of process instrumentation, control systems, and fluid systems (liquids and gases)</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment</p></li><li><p>Ability to interpret electrical schematics, P&amp;IDs, and technical documentation to resolve technical issues</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, team-based environment</p></li><li><p>Experience with safety practices (LOTO, confined space), CMMS systems (SAP), and Microsoft Excel preferred</p></li><li><p>Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends, with ability to perform physical work as required</p></li><li><p>Mig, Tig, Stick, Brazing and Soldering skills are a plus.</p></li><li><p>Sanitary Pipe welding ability is a plus.</p></li></ul></div><div><p><span><span> </span></span><br /><b><span>WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:</span></b><span><span><span> </span></span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
