Join ATCC and be part of a team that supports the global scientific community with trusted, authenticated biological materials.\n<h2><u>Responsibilities</u></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Production Operations:</strong> Prepares for and executes manufacturing processes for biological materials, including viability and purity testing, in accordance with SOPs and quality systems.</li>\n <li><p><strong>Data Documentation & Compliance:</strong> Maintains accurate batch records and electronic data, ensuring compliance, safety standards, and controlled documentation practices.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Supports development and implementation of improved manufacturing methods to enhance efficiency, consistency, and product quality.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Laboratory & Facility Maintenance:</strong> Manages inventory, monitors equipment performance, and maintains BSL-1 and BSL-2 lab environments in a clean, compliant state.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Partners with cross-functional teams to meet production targets, resolve routine issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><u>Qualifications</u></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years’ experience or equivalent experience.</li>\n <li><p>Demonstrated ability to work independently in a structured, regulated laboratory environment with accountability for accurate execution and documentation.</p></li>\n <li><p>Hands-on experience in biomanufacturing, aseptic technique, and use of laboratory instrumentation.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills in a lab setting.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to collaborate effectively within a quality-driven, team-oriented environment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous learning.</p></li>\n <li><p>Preferred: Experience in virology, molecular biology, or related laboratory techniques.</p></li>\n <li><p>Preferred: Experience working with biological materials in regulated production environments.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><u>Benefits</u></h2>\n<p>The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
