We have an opportunity for an experienced Program Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team focusing on EAC preparation to include planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting on program financial status. In this role, you will work closely with Program Management to manage resources and meet financial objectives.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;Primary Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supports complete lifecycle development and maintenance of EACs using complex Excel models in conjunction with Deltek Cost Point.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinates information Between the program team and the corporate finance team</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reviews revenue and costs in Cost Point to ensure completeness, accuracy and take appropriate remedial action, as necessary.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs financial analyses and preparation of variance explanations for monthly financial and Program Management Reviews (PMR).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensures adequate funding availability and prepares timely requests for additional funding to the government.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Audits monthly labor, ODC, material, and travel costs against ceiling &amp; funding.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supports the preparation of accurate and timely billing to customers in coordination with the Controller.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinates with Accounts Payable to process payment of vendor invoices.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ad-hoc cost and performance analysis as required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supports the Proposal development processes for on contract growth items, change orders and Requests for Equitable Adjustment.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mustpossess a strong background working with multiple contract types: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus (CPxF), Time &amp; Material (T&amp;M) and hybrid contracts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prior experience with DCAA and DCMA or other government oversight agencies preferred.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced Microsoft Excel &amp; PowerPoint skills are required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting with minimum 3-4 years professional experience or master&rsquo;s level degree with 2 years professional experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with Deltek&rsquo;s Costpoint is required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">US Citizenship required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of FAR, CAS DFAR and Billing experience on Government contracts is a plus.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;<strong><em>Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Work is typically performed in an office setting.</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, bend, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds.</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Must be able to read, write and speak English.</em></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>ATSC is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
