This individual assists other Installers and Crew Foreman with the transformation of design plans into quality fences meeting or exceeding our customer expectations.</p><ul><li><strong>Equipment &amp; Material Preparation:</strong> Assist in the daily preparation of trucks and equipment, ensuring proper loading and securing of materials.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Fence Installation:</strong> Perform all aspects of fence installation, including removal of old fencing, ground<strong>&nbsp;</strong>preparation, trench digging, concrete mixing, and positioning fence elements.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Equipment Operation:</strong> Safely operate air pounders, post hole diggers, saws, and other hand tools required for fence installation.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Vehicle Operation:</strong> May operate a company vehicle to and from job sites as needed.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Customer &amp; Team Interaction:</strong> Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, coworkers, and sales staff.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Worksite Organization:</strong> Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area to optimize service and productivity.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Communication &amp; Collaboration:</strong> Effectively communicate with coworkers, customers, delivery drivers, and<strong>&nbsp;sales staff</strong> to ensure smooth operations.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Safety Compliance:</strong> Follow all company safety policies and procedures while working in a safe and responsible manner.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Winter Support:</strong> Assist with snow removal during the winter months as needed.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Additional Responsibilities:</strong> Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions and Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Outdoor Work:</strong> Work is primarily performed outdoors throughout all seasons.</li><li><strong>Weather Exposure:</strong> Exposure to various outdoor weather conditions, including inclement weather such as rain, snow, heat, or cold.</li><li><strong>Noise Level:</strong> The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Hearing protection is required for duties involving equipment operation that exposes the individual to elevated noise levels.</li><li><strong>Chemical Exposure:</strong> Duties may expose the individual to chemicals and fertilizers.</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Peak Season Hours:</strong> Typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 6:45 am to 5:00 pm (40-55 hours per week) during our peak season (approximately April to November).
