With competitive pay and benefits, safe and stable work, and an environment that is caring and supportive,<strong> Iowa Premium could become your next career move!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hourly wage for this position starts at $19.82 per hour</li>\n <li>Family-friendly benefits including health, vision and dental</li>\n <li>401K Retirement Plan with company match</li>\n <li>Paid Vacation after 1 year of service</li>\n <li>Paid Holiday, personal days, birthday</li>\n <li>Employee Meat Purchase Sales</li>\n <li>Paid Life Insurance</li>\n</ul>\n<p>For more information on Iowa Premium, click here!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities for the Loss Prevention Officer position include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor, control, and document vehicular traffic</li>\n <li>Secure premises by patrolling property</li>\n <li>Inspect Vehicles</li>\n <li>Inspect bags, lunch boxes</li>\n <li>Monitor controlled access points</li>\n <li>Complete required reports in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Record observations, occurrences and surveillance activities</li>\n <li>Prevent loss/damage to company property by providing a uniformed presence</li>\n <li>Investigate incidents of irregularity</li>\n <li>Contribute to a team effort</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is a safety sensitive position.  This is not a remote position.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualified candidates for the Loss Prevention Position should have the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Surveillance Skills</li>\n <li>Strong, Ethical Character</li>\n <li>Dependable</li>\n <li>Ability to be objective</li>\n <li>Ability to demonstrate professionalism</li>\n <li>Good people/conflict resolution skills</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English</li>\n <li>Exemplary performance and attendance record at previous employment</li>\n <li>Bilingual is a plus</li>\n <li>Must be available to work any shift including weekends and holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Must be at least 18 years of age or older.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Iowa Premium, a National Beef Company, is dedicated to being the premier supplier of premium family farm-raised corn-fed Black Angus beef.
