The Providence Medical Group (PMG) in Oregon is seeking an experienced board -certified Pediatrician to lead the Children’s Service line in Oregon. Leadership and administrative duties are estimated to be an FTE of .6 with the opportunity to maintain clinical activities. Primary responsibilities include:
-Overseeing the financial and operational performance of all PMG clinics in the Children’s Service line.
-Develop and implement strategic plan for Children’s service line
-Lead and oversee continuous quality improvement for the clinical service line including the development and implementation of best practice guidelines
-Collaborate with acute care leadership teams (nursing and medical staff) for issues related to patient care involving Children’s service line.
-Establish and lead physician governance structure for service line.
-Establish and maintain relationships with external partners that support service line.
