font-size: 14pt\">Highly organized and able to manage a full caseload</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Skilled in legal strategy, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Draft, file, and argue pleadings, motions, discovery, and memoranda</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Interview clients and witnesses; gather and evaluate evidence</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Review and analyze medical records and documentation of damages</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
