Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements and provide recommendations for system improvements. Skills and attributes for success A relevant Degree or Qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology, or Information Systems Certification and experience in SuccessFactors Onboarding and at least one Talent module (Performance & Goals, Succession, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, LMS etc) at a minimum Completion of a minimum 3 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes.
