And we will be better with you. &nbsp;</p><p>We are looking for a Sample Lab Technician with 2nd or 3rd shift availability, that would be responsible for locating, preparing, compounding and shipping samples to customers in a timely and efficient manner. &nbsp;This role works directly with the Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Technical and Quality teams to manage the daily priorities. &nbsp;This position is responsible for the sampling, labeling, packing, shipping documentation and collection of all samples being sent out both domestically and internationally.</p><p>What You'll Do<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare, compound, label, package, and ship samples for domestic and international customers.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain sample inventory, raw materials, and packaging supplies to support ongoing requests.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Generate and review required shipping, safety, regulatory, and customer documentation.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor sample turnaround times and help ensure timely delivery of customer requests.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain organized sample libraries and retained sample records.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communicate delays, issues, or special requirements to internal stakeholders.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow laboratory safety procedures and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.</p><p>What You'll Bring<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience working in a laboratory, compounding, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to learn laboratory techniques, shipping requirements, and safety procedures.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Attention to detail when handling samples, documentation, and inventory.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to safely lift and move materials as part of daily responsibilities.</p><p>What You'll Get<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Opportunity to develop laboratory, compounding, and regulatory knowledge.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hands-on experience supporting customer-focused operations.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborative team environment with cross-functional exposure.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Training on safety, shipping compliance, and laboratory procedures.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Opportunities to contribute process improvements and operational efficiencies.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A role that combines technical work, inventory management, and customer support.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The chance to make a direct impact on product delivery and customer satisfaction.</p><p>About Sensient:<br>Sensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts.
