clients recovering from drug/alcohol dependence</li><li>Intervene with de-escalation skills when necessary</li><li>Work with the Clinical Team to ensure clients are working on their treatment plan goals</li><li>Conduct assessments as assigned by Clinical Team</li><li>Support the team with various administrative tasks</li><li>Communicate effectively with members of multi-disciplinary care environment, including but not limited to nurses, therapists, case managers, peer support workers, and other team members to ensure quality treatment</li><li>Review instructions and supervisor updates for each client’s program, interpreting previous data, collecting narrative data, and responding to program communication</li><li>Provide clients with emotional and/or behavioral support when necessary and assist in developing specific behavioral treatments, including coping skills, anger management, and other self-regulation activities</li><li>Anticipate and respond to client needs,
