You work well independently, take pride in safe and efficient operations, and are committed to maintaining high food safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.</p><hr><h3><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></h3><p>As a <strong>Shift Miller</strong>, you will operate and maintain the flour mill under the direction of the Head Miller to ensure safe, efficient production that meets quality specifications.
