    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Join our Card PXT Finance team for an exciting opportunity to drive key initiatives, &nbsp;provide strategic financial analysis &amp; reporting, oversee and coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process, and be a trusted advisor to Business leaders.</p>\n<p>As a Senior Associate in the Card PXT Finance team, your role is dynamic and can vary from business to business, in line with the priorities of the different lines of business. You will be responsible for a wide range of activities including financial control, forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial/business metrics, delivery of management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities, and advising the line of business CFOs on how to increase profitability and efficiencies. You will provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis. In addition, you will assist the department and other team members with special projects or components of other projects as needed.</p>\n<p><strong>Job responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage annual/continual financial planning activities for product areas, providing business rational and decisions for all month-end financial performance and forecasting, conducting reviews and analysis on product financial performance, consumption/demand planning, budgeting, billing, trends, and exception reports</li>\n <li>Report on and monitor key metrics, driving data quality initiatives across the product area, and helping define future needs of the product area</li>\n <li>Perform variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and present commentary to senior managers, explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets</li>\n <li>Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. Create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps</li>\n <li>Manage and deliver key work streams and tasks</li>\n <li>Identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls</li>\n <li>Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables; help drive specific action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework</li>\n <li>Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions</li>\n <li>Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites, like SharePoint</li>\n <li>Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes<br>\n  &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field</li>\n <li>4+ years of work experience with a Finance, Business Management, Planning &amp; Analysis, Accounting or Controller background</li>\n <li>Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, organization and project management skills</li>\n <li>Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions</li>\n <li>Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)</li>\n <li>Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong time management and prioritization skills<br>\n  &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information</strong><br><i>Candidates must be able to physically work in our offices as required by the hub's location.
