This role is responsible for conducting sample analysis in the Westborough MA laboratory, supporting customer applications both remotely and on-site, and partnering closely with the sales team to drive successful customer outcomes.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">The position plays a key role in demonstrating product capabilities, supporting method development, and delivering high-quality technical insights to customers.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Provide application and technical support to the North American sales team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Assist with technical objection handling and competitive product positioning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Conduct laboratory sample analysis and generate detailed application reports with findings and recommendations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Support customers with method verification, validation, and transfer processes as appropriate</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Maintain and manage demo lab equipment at the Westborough, MA headquarters</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Deliver remote and on-site application support for AMS, Chopin, and Unity Scientific product lines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Travel to customer sites for demonstrations, training, and project support</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Collaborate with service teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Capture and maintain application activities and customer interactions in Salesforce CRM</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Gather customer feedback and application insights to support product development and improvements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Develop and maintain calibrations as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Assist in training new employees and internal stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Perform additional duties as required</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;
