Bartender will be responsible for serving food and beverage, managing service bar, and assisting pool team where necessary. Internal guest will be expected to follow all procedures regarding responsible cash handling and check closing.</p><p>This position will also be responsible for serving- Manage all tasks related to food and beverage service in a courteous and efficient manner while maintaining a clean work area in accordance with company standards and procedures.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum</li><li>Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally</li><li>Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and maintain a safe environment.
