    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>The Specialty Behavioral Health Provider (outpatient therapy) &ndash; Independently Licensed provides comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, patient-centered treatment planning, and ongoing outpatient therapy to FHCW patients of all ages with a range of cultural backgrounds and mental health diagnoses. The Specialty BH Provider provides a range of behavioral health modalities and culturally responsive, trauma-informed, evidence-based practices; engages in collaborative crisis management services in urgent situations. The Specialty BH Provider uses a team-based approach, in collaboration with other healthcare providers and care team members, to address individual needs and promote optimal health. Additionally, the Specialty BH Provider &ndash; Independently Licensed provides clinical supervision to BH Clinical Interns and non-licensed providers, as well as function as Manager on Duty as needed.&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Program Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li><span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;</span>Conducts culturally sensitive, strength-based, comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds, utilizing interpretation services when indicated</li><li><span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Completes patient-centered treatment planning with measurable goals in collaboration with patients</li><li><span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Provides outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups of all ages tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client</li><li><span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Collaborates with medical providers and other care team members to provide holistic approach to mental health care and whole-person wellness <span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Close all charts within forty-eight (48) hours of visit - ability to do concurrent/concordant charting/typing; including assessments, progress notes, and billing, upholding the highest standards of professional responsibility</li><li><span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Participate in behavioral health quality improvement activities<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Participate in weekly group supervision, and seek peer consultation as needed</li><li><span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Provide risk assessments and develop comprehensive safety plans, supporting the maintenance of stable functioning and empowering clients in their mental health journey</li><li><span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assists non-licensed staff with risk assessments as needed</li><li><span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Provides clinical supervision to BH Clinical Interns and non-licensed Behavioral Health Providers, as appropriate</li><li><span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Act as Manager on Duty as needed.&nbsp;</li><li><span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Keeps abreast of all insurance requirements and submits paperwork accordingly.</li><li><span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Continually evaluates service and maintains a productivity level that adequately meets the goals of the department and ensures access to the clients seeking services.&nbsp;</li><li><span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;</span>Any and all other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Education Requirements:</strong></p><p>One of the following combinations of education and employment experience must be met in order to be considered for the position:</p><ul><li>Professional Independent Licensure required; LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD&nbsp;</li><li>For LMHC and PsyD. candidates must have two years post-graduate clinical experience preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Candidates require a minimum of two years post-graduate clinical experience</li><li>Direct clinical work with individuals, children, and families is required</li><li>Professional Licensure and Certification required: LICSW, LMHC, or PsyD. required</li><li>Salary is based on years since obtaining licensure</li></ul><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"white-space: pre; white-space: normal;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>Monday-Friday; 8:30am -5:00pm.",
