As a Mobile Crisis On-Call Counselor, you will provide on-site support and consultation to clients experiencing mental health crises in community or home settings. This role is vital in helping individuals achieve stability during critical moments.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Current openings & locations: </strong></p>\n<p>(3) Ft. Dodge, IA - The shifts range from 7a-3p, 3p-11p and 11p-7a daily. We even offer pet insurance for your four-legged family members.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Early access to earned wages with Daily Pay, tuition reimbursement to help further your career and adoption assistance to help you grow your family.   </li>\n</ul>\n<p>With a collective goal to champion a culture of belonging where everyone feels valued and respected, we honor the ways people are unique and embrace what brings us together.   </p>\n<p>And, we believe equipping you with support and development opportunities is a vital part of delivering an exceptional employment experience. </p>\n<p>Find a fulfilling career and make a difference with UnityPoint Health.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Crisis Response (30%)</strong>: Deliver immediate intervention and support to clients in crisis at the location where the crisis is occurring </li>\n <li><strong>Documentation (30%)</strong>: Complete all required data entry and documentation in accordance with agency policy .</li>\n <li><strong>On-Call Availability (30%)</strong>: Be reachable by phone and ready to respond within a 1-hour radius, coordinating with your on-call partner</li>\n <li><strong>Compliance & Standards (10%)</strong>: Uphold UnityPoint Health values, maintain required certifications, and adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4><strong>Education:</strong></h4>\n<p>Must meet one of the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Mental health professional as defined in Iowa Code section 228.1</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree; or</li>\n <li>Associate’s degree; or </li>\n <li>High school diploma  </li>\n</ul>\n<h4><strong>Experience (based on education level noted above):</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Mental health professional: 1 year of mental health experience</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s in human services: 1 year</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s in non-human services: 2 years</li>\n <li>Associate’s degree: 2 years</li>\n <li>High school diploma: 2 years  </li>\n</ul>\n<h4><strong>Licenses/Certifications:</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and compliance with Eyerly Ball’s auto insurance policy</li>\n <li>Must pass criminal records and dependent adult/child abuse checks#UPHEB123</li>\n</ul>",
