We're growing, and we're hiring seasoned instructors to help train our team, develop our trainers, and shape how SSS teaches swimming for years to come.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is not an entry level position. We are looking for an aquatic educator that is dedicated to this industry. Someone who leads by example, in the water and on the deck, and earn respect through technical excellence, steady presence, and genuine investment in the growth of every person on the team. If you've spent years teaching and you're also ready to invest in others the way someone once invested in you, we want to talk.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We believe water safety is one of the most important skills a person can carry through life, and we treat it that way. Great swimming is taught, not just demonstrated. From foundational water safety to real stroke development, we care about building skill that actually transfers. We're always refining how we teach, how we train, and how we show up for the families who trust us with their children.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>These roles were created because SSS is growing. There is a genuine path toward expanded responsibility in curriculum development, training program design, and organizational leadership. We are not offering titles.
