With a team of more than 100 dedicated professionals, we pride ourselves on taking excellent care of our people. Our crews work with integrity, deliver high‑quality results, and can be counted on to get the job done right.</span></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We’re looking for someone with:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Minimum of 5<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> years of Industrial/Commercial service experience</span></span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">equipment power and data drops</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Control wiring and troubleshooting</span> skills</li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">VFD configuration and troubleshooting</span> experience</span></li>\n<li><span>High attention to detail and a positive, team‑oriented attitude</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">lead a crew of 2–3 team members</span></span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">review and interpret electrical plans</span></span></li>\n<li><span>A valid driver’s license and insurability</span></li>\n<li><span>Willingness to train and mentor the right candidate</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>For over 20 years, Hoekstra Electric has been built on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Biblical values</span>, putting God and family first.
