These focus areas reinforce our values and help improve people's lives, patient care, infection prevention, and operational efficiency. </p>\n<h2>The Role</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Title:</strong> Courthouse Cleaner / Float Custodian<strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM<strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $20.06 per hour<strong>Guaranteed Hours:</strong> Minimum 30 hours per week<strong>Additional Hours:</strong> Opportunities for extra hours covering employee callouts and schedule gaps.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position may be assigned to any of the following courthouse locations:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Stanely Mosk Courthouse</li>\n <li>Central Arraignment </li>\n <li>Metropolitan Courthouse </li>\n <li>Clara Foltz Courthouse </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Will Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Empty, clean, and damp-wipe all waste receptacles as well as remove waste paper and rubbish from the premises to designated areas.</li>\n <li>Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or dust-mop hard floor surfaces, and damp-mop or clean spills as needed in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas. </li>\n <li>Hand dust and wipe clean all office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and all other horizontal surfaces.</li>\n <li>Remove all finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.</li>\n <li>Keep janitor’s closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition.  </li>\n <li>Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What It Takes To Be Successful</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Interpersonal and leadership skills</li>\n <li>Problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Time management skills</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li>\n <li>1+ years custodial cleaning experience or equivalent preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Why You Will Love It Here</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A friendly, respectful, energetic corporate culture that will allow you to thrive</li>\n <li>Work in an environment where you can see the difference you make daily!</li>\n <li>Safe harbor 401(k) with company matching (if applicable) </li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li>\n</ul>",
