This role helps deliver scalable solutions that enhance data quality, integrity, and usability across the organization.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather business requirements related to data governance, process improvements, and system changes.</li>\n <li>Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for developers, data engineers, and system administrators.</li>\n <li>Evaluate and recommend data governance tools and platforms, supporting implementation efforts.</li>\n <li>Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies, standards, and procedures.</li>\n <li>Conduct data quality assessments and support the creation of data quality rules and metrics.</li>\n <li>Lead process mapping to document and standardize data entry and management processes, identifying gaps and partnering with stakeholders to design improved future-state processes.</li>\n <li>Lead triage efforts for data issues, coordinating with stakeholders to prioritize resolution.</li>\n <li>Establish and manage a standardized process for escalating and resolving data issues, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder involvement.</li>\n <li>Coordinate root cause analysis and impact assessment for data issues, and prioritize remediation efforts based on business value and risk.</li>\n <li>Work with data owners, stewards, and custodians to ensure effective data management practices.</li>\n <li>Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.</li>\n <li>Develop training materials and deliver user training related to new processes, standards, or data governance tools.</li>\n <li>Analyze data sets to identify data quality issues, trends, anomalies, and root causes.</li>\n <li>Lead change impact assessments using quantitative evidence.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>B.E/B.Tech IT/ CS with 5+ plus years of experience in business analytics.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-SS1</p>",
