    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.45.22/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.45.22/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><p>Production supervisors are in place to oversee the efficient flow of work through the plant.&nbsp;</p><p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><p>-Managing production employees hours, production numbers, and training while ensuring handbook compliance<br>&nbsp;-Ensure proper training, and retraining when necessary, of employees to maximize plant production.<br>&nbsp;-Effectively resolve conflict within departments to create and promote teamwork<br>&nbsp;-Maintain positive and professional relationships with all colleagues and subordinates<br>&nbsp;-Communicating effectively with staff, other management, and customers<br>&nbsp;-Maintain organization of work while ensuring departments are kept tidy<br>&nbsp;-Coordinating and adjusting work flow to ensure customer needs are met<br>&nbsp;-Report safety concerns, machine issues, and possible OSHA violations to both maintenance team and Operations Manager<br>&nbsp;-Properly utilizing laundry management system to ensure proper billing of customer goods<br>&nbsp;-Properly utilizing payroll system to track and manage hours and scheduling needs<br>&nbsp;-Properly executing inventory requests from customers<br>&nbsp;-Assist in the completion of duties for other department supervisors when unavailable, absent, or on vacation</p><p><br></p><p>Bilingual a plus, but not required.
