Working within a collaborative team, the therapist will assess needs, provide support, determine appropriate interventions including de-escalation, safety planning and referral to additional services. This role requires the therapist to be mobile, responding to calls across a variety of community settings.<span>&nbsp; </span>Employee must reside in the county where Mobile Crisis Response Team services are provided.</p>",
