Prefer Candidates who have strong experience with shackles, slings, and chain hoists.  Mechanically Inclined candidates with Tooling experience and gear-setting experience will be considered.  Possibly hire a very strong Mechanical Fitter... someone with sockets, torque wrench and impact drill experience\nOvertime is common  (extra pay for OT!).  Plant is Not Climate-controlled but has large fans which help a lot...\nMaintain positive and productive attitude toward plant objectives regarding reliability, safety, as a unified goal.\nWorking with the shipping team and production crew to ensure that parts are moved in accordance with business needs.\nMust be able to lift 50+ lbs. consistently and safely.",
