This role provides expert support across on-premises and MED365 cloud environments, ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of enterprise IT services.&nbsp;</p><p>Administer and maintain enterprise services including mJAD, Exchange Online, encryption services, eDiscovery, and MED365 tenant operations.</p><p>Develop, validate, and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures, ensuring DHA enterprise systems remain resilient and recoverable. &middot; Enforce and validate data encryption on desktops, laptops, and end-user devices, ensuring compliance with DoD/DHA directives.</p><p>Customize and manage enterprise monitoring rules, alerts, and reports, providing actionable performance and availability insights. &middot; Implement and sustain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Public Key Encryption (PKE) solutions in compliance with DoDI 8520.02.</p><p>Produce After Action Reports (AARs), Situation Reports (SITREPs), and Executive Summaries (EXSUMs) for system outages, interruptions, and remediation efforts.&nbsp;</p><p>Collaborate with Tier 2 administrators and enterprise engineering teams to ensure escalation paths, knowledge transfer, and continual improvement of IT services.</p><p>Develops: DR procedures and test results; Encryption validation and compliance reports; Enterprise monitoring and performance reports o PKI/PKE configuration and sustainment documentation; SITREPs, AARs, and outage resolution reports Tier 3 Systems Administrators play a critical role in maintaining the security, resilience, and operational continuity of DHA&rsquo;s enterprise systems.
