We’re large enough to compete head-to-head with publicly traded engineering giants, but still small enough to maintain the culture and flexibility of a close-knit team.</p>\n<p>Our size and hands-on management style let us move quickly, embrace new opportunities, and empower our people to shape their own careers, without getting lost in corporate bureaucracy.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and execute coastal modelling studies</li>\n<li>Develop hydrodynamic and wave models</li>\n<li>Perform wave runup, overtopping, and flooding analyses</li>\n<li>Support design of marine and coastal infrastructure</li>\n<li>Size armourstone and coastal protection systems</li>\n<li>Interpret metocean and climate data</li>\n<li>Prepare technical reports and client deliverables</li>\n<li>Support multidisciplinary engineering teams</li>\n<li>Mentor and coach junior staff</li>\n<li>Lead the proposal and business development process</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Civil, Coastal, Ocean, or Water Resources Engineering.
