16px\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span>Provision of strengths-based and trauma-focused mental health services to children and non-offending family members.</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span>Provide mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children referred for concerns of child maltreatment or other trauma</span><span>. </span><span>This may include using telehealth platforms to deliver care.</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span>Provide case management for clients, including liaising with community partners such as law enforcement, the Department of Human Services and school </span><span>personnel</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span>Maintain client records according to organizational, state, and federal guidelines, including billing information, client demographics, and outcomes</span><span> across all </span><span>platforms</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span>Participate in regularly scheduled clinical </span><span>supervision and</span><span> communicate with supervisor on 16px\"><span>Represent the ABC House counseling </span><span>depa</span><span>rtment</span><span> and coordinate w</span><span>ith </span><span>other community agencies such as</span> <span>System of Care, YST, Regional CAC providers, etc</span><span>.</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span>Manage policies, procedures, and protocols and supervise other therapists to ensure compliance. </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span>Coordinate w</span><span>ith</span><span> other CACs for case consultation and lead consultation upon hiring of other therapists. </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span>Master’s degree in </span><span>Counseling</span><span>, Psychology, Social Work, or other field that qualifies the candidate to be a licensed professional counselor, clinical social worker, psychologist, or marriage and family counselor in the state of Oregon.</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span>Licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family counselor, licensed clinical social worker, or with an active plan to become licensed in the state of Oregon.</span></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span>Experience providing mental health care at the QMHP or QMHA level preferred (including internship and practicum experience) in an outpatient mental health facility, hospital, residential or day-treatment setting providing counseling services to children, </span><span>adolescents</span><span> and families, specifically with trauma-informed practices.</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span>Experience delivering trauma-focused treatment modalities to children, such as TF-CBT, EMDR or PCIT, or
